💎 Draft and Return policy 💎
1. Once I confirm your order, I will send the first draft without color for you to view in 2-3 business days. You can make any big changes if needed, such as hairstyle or face frame. And If you want to cancel the order, I will give you a 50% refund.
2. Once you confirm the first draft, I will continue to work on coloring and mark your order as shipped.
And in 2-5 business days, I will send you the colored draft to view. You can make any small changes, such as cloth or background color. Once I start to color your portrait, I won't accept the return and refund.
🚨 Urgent Orders
Typically, orders take 5-7 business days to fulfill. If you need to place an urgent order, I'm happy to help as much as I can. Message me through “Message Seller,” and I’ll check the schedule and get back to you. I will also adjust the price accordingly.
📦 Shipping
The portrait is a digital file ONLY—no physical item will be shipped. HOWEVER, I can make stickers and fridge magnets for you. Simply contact me through chat bot and I'll walk you through the process.
🖼️ Printing
The standard size of our portrait is 2048*2048 pixel, 300dpi, 10inch*10inch. It would support any regular photo printing.
If you want to print in other sizes, please let me know ahead of time. I can adjust for you.

1. Please share your reference photos by clicking the link in your confirmation email after payment.
2. You can upload clear images and include any special requests.

Choose your subject(s) – Choose "Total Number of People and / or Pets" in your photo, then complete the order.

Upload your photos – After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to upload clear reference photos and any special requests.
You can also email your photos and notes to envisionlin@gmail.com. -
Artwork in progress – Once I confirm your order, I’ll start working on your portrait. It will be completed within 2–7 business days.
I’ll keep you updated, and you’re welcome to request revisions at no extra cost. -
Receive your final portrait – Once you're happy with the result, I’ll send you a high-quality, print-ready JPEG file via email.
