💎 Return policy 💎I want you to be happy with your purchase. If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, I’m happy to resend a replacement. To proceed with a return or replacement, please follow these steps: 1. Take a photo of the damaged product as evidence.
2. Contact me within 14 days of receiving your item by using the inquiry form on my website or through direct chat with me.
3. Cover the shipping cost for the reshipped item.

🚨 Urgent Orders
Typically, orders take 5-7 business days to fulfill. If you need to place an urgent order, I'm happy to help as much as I can. Message me through “Message Seller,” and I’ll check the schedule and get back to you. I will also adjust the price accordingly.
📦 Shipping
This order contains both digital file portrait and physical keychain. The standard size of my digital portrait is 2048*2048 pixel, 300dpi. It would support any regular photo printing.If you want to print in other sizes, please let me know ahead of time. I can adjust for you.
Instructions For Buyers
1. Choose your preferred shape:
- keychin size: 2" x 2 x 0.2"
- (Choose shape: square or circular)
2. Select your digital portrait from my portrait drawing options here: Custom Anime Portrait. I'll create a custom cartoon portrait for you and turn it into an adorable keychain!
Please note: The custom keychain and portrait are sold separately.
